Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: May 17, 2026
1. Our Commitment
TailoredMarketData is committed to ensuring that its public website is accessible to people with disabilities. We work continuously to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards, recognising the importance of equal access to information and services online.
This statement applies to the public marketing website at tailoredmarketdata.com. It does not currently cover the authenticated application at app.tailoredmarketdata.com (see "Known Limitations" below).
2. Target Standard
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our internal accessibility target because it is backward-compatible with WCAG 2.0 and 2.1. This target is intended to support WCAG-based accessibility expectations that may apply to our public website:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — our internal target for new and updated website work.
- Compatibility with WCAG 2.0 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements that are commonly referenced by accessibility laws, regulations, and technical standards.
- Practical accessibility outcomes, including keyboard access, screen reader support, visible focus indicators, sufficient contrast, meaningful structure, and motion controls.
- Ongoing review of local legal and technical requirements where our website is offered, with updates made when additional obligations apply.
3. Measures We Have Taken
To make our website usable for as many people as possible, we have implemented the following:
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks, headings, and a "skip to main content" link so screen reader and keyboard users can navigate quickly.
- Full keyboard operability across menus, dropdowns, forms, dialogs, and the FAQ accordion, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- ARIA attributes (aria-expanded, aria-current, aria-controls, aria-modal, role) applied where the visual semantics alone are not sufficient.
- The page language is set on the <html> element and updated when the user switches between English, Russian, and Chinese.
- Animated and auto-scrolling content can be paused, and all motion is suppressed for users whose operating system requests "reduced motion".
- Form fields have programmatic labels, error messages are associated via aria-describedby, and required fields are marked.
- Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology; meaningful icons are paired with text alternatives.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas may not yet fully meet the standards above. We are aware of and actively working on the following:
- Some embedded third-party widgets (Cloudflare Turnstile, PayPal, social embeds) are delivered as iframes whose internal accessibility we do not fully control.
- Colour contrast on a small number of decorative gradient backgrounds is being reviewed and refined.
- The authenticated trading application (app.tailoredmarketdata.com) is a separate product whose accessibility work is being scoped on its own track and is not covered by this statement.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
The website is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile, in combination with common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). If you use a different configuration and encounter problems, please contact us — we treat such reports as a priority.
6. Contact and Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We will do our best to respond promptly and provide the information or service in an accessible manner.
